Bundesliga entered in the last part of the competition and in the last four round the big battle will be going on for Champions League and Europa League places in the league table. Let’s have a close look on Borussia Drotmund, Schalke 04, RB Leipzig, Eintracht Frankfurt, Bayer Leverkusen and Hoffenheim. Bayern Munich is already the premature champion and the rest of the result have no more importance for the title race.
Eintrach Frankfurt played at home on 21st of April against Hertha Berlin. First time teams played the ball from one side to another and only in the second half visitors opened the score on 57th minute from the penalty spot by Davie Selke. Mathew Leckie doubled the lead on 77th minute and Alexander Esswein closed the game with another goal for Hertha Berlin in the extra time.
Another day, another win for Bayern Munich, in week 31 of Bundesliga 17/18 they played away at Hannover 96 and scored all three goals of the match in the second half. Thomas Mueller opened the score on 57th minute, Robert Lewandieski doubled the lead on 73rd minute and Sebastian Rudy made it 3-0 on 89th minute.
RasenBallsport Leipzig got a humiliating home defeat 2-5 from Hoffenheim. Visitors put the goal canon on oposition goalie from the first moments of the match and scored three times in the first half: Mark Uth(14′), Serge Gnabry(35′) and Pavel Kadeřábek(45′). Naby Keïta reduced the difference of the goals aftre scoring on 59th minute but second after this Mark Uth made it 4-1. Lukas Rupp score one more for Hoffenheim on 64th minute and another response from local team arrived but though too late to change anything in the game on 88th minute through Dayot Upamecano.
Christian Gentner(13′) and Berkay Özcan(90′) were the heroes of VfB Stuttgart that won 2-0 home match against Werder Bremen. Even with this win VfB Stuttgart is situated on 10th position of Bundelsiga League Table.
Signal Iduna Park hosted this week 31 the match between Borussia Dortmund and Bayer Leverkusen. With a sold out stadium the local team demolished visitors with an impressive 4-0: Jadon Sancho(13′), Maximilian Philipp(63′) scored one goal each and Marco Reus scored a double on 55th and 79th minute, early he missed a penalty so the plans for hat-trick was canceled.
Schalke 04 started very well the away match against FC Cologne and scored twice in the beginning of the first half(Breel Embolo 5′) and Yevhen Konoplyanka(23′). Host have nothing to loose anymore this season and fought back scoring through Leonardo Bittencourt(26′) and Marcel Risse(83′).
